Critical areas include locker rooms, food service spaces, and public assembly areas that require simultaneous heating, cooling, and ventilation in a high-use, high-altitude mountain facility.

Systems include gas-fired condensing boilers, electric boilers, heat pump chillers, ground source heat pumps, multi-zone VRF split systems, radiant ceiling panels, hot water snowmelt, fan coil units, energy recovery ventilators, air handling units, natural gas distribution, domestic plumbing, sand/oil interceptors, and wet pipe fire suppression.
