Archer Mechanical & Maintenance Contractors was founded in 1987 by Ken and Paula Rickards. Our first location began in a small, 1,500 sqft facility located in Salt Lake City Utah, with only 5 employees.
Over the years our business has continued to grow by contracting with integrity, building relationships and customer satisfaction. Archer Mechanical’s operations have now expanded into a much larger facility including; a fabrication shop and additional property at our staging lot centrally located in the Salt Lake valley.

Through the use of progressive construction planning technologies, advanced construction materials and manufacturing methods, Archer Mechanical produces a higher-value product in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
