Consisted of a two-story, 16,000-square-foot boxing gym designed to serve as a high-performance training and community fitness facility. Archer performed a complete mechanical and plumbing scope, including HVAC systems, to support high-occupancy training areas, locker rooms, and multipurpose spaces.
