BIM Detailer

In this exciting role, you’ll be coordinating and creating detailed drawings of mechanical systems for office buildings, central plants, higher education, and various other building types, utilizing problem-solving skills and implementing improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Construction industry experience is a plus.
• Fabrication experience is a plus.
• Bluebeam, Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks experience is a plus.
• Computer knowledge.
• Mechanically inclined.
• Ability to understand Construction documents such as CD’s submittals and specifications.
• Positive with great communication skills.
• Must pass pre- drug screen test and background check
• Must be Self motived

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist BIM Leads.
• Provide and create installable detailed drawings .
• QC drawings.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Respond to emails and text messages.
• Attend meetings when required.
• Learn Revit.
• Keep project files organized.
