We’ve partnered with Archer Mechanical on the MTC project. This project included 3 six story buildings totaling just over 540,000 sf of space. In addition, it included a 168,000 sf parking garage with a large underground mechanical tunnel and high temp vault. This was a very difficult project both from schedule, as well as logistically. Through clear communication, commitment, and accountability, Archer Mechanical was able to finish this project on schedule, and with the highest quality of systems installed.
