Safety is Not a Goal;
it is a Responsibility
We believe that with proper training and attention, all accidents are preventable. The Archer Mechanical Team and its Subcontractors are each responsible for providing a safe work environment and making safety an integral value.
We Take It Seriously
Our Safety Director performs safety meetings, equipment training, tool audits, and job audits weekly. Toolbox safety meetings are mandatory for all crews, covering the work performed during that week and the safety precautions that need attention daily to avoid accidents.
Archer’s P.I.P.E forms are filled out prior to each major task:

Identify and Neutralize Hazards
Proper Personal Protective Equipment
