Featuring 134 guest rooms, 55 hotel residences, and 68 private condominiums, this alpine destination offers exclusive ski-in/ski-out access alongside over 60,000 square feet of high-end amenities.

Archer performed a comprehensive hydronic HVAC network, including complex piping systems for hot water, chilled water, condenser water, and specialized glycol cooling water. The scope also features a radiant heating piping system, comprehensive above-ground and buried hydronic distribution networks, and multi-pressure steam and fuel oil lines.
