Overstock Corporate Campus "Peace Coliseum"

Archer Mechanical is beyond thrilled to announce that we have been selected to be the commercial mechanical contractor by Okland Construction and Overstock.com on the unprecedented new Overstock Corporate Campus project referred to as the Peace Coliseum. The 231,000-square-foot office building will be located in Midvale on 19 acres of land.
The building itself is contemporary and has silver LEED certification by the U.S. Green Building Council, with the possibility of gold certification. The building's state-of-the-art heating and cooling systems will utilize heat from the data center to heat the building in the winter and is one of the most energy-efficient systems for providing cooling in the summer.
