Award of University of Utah Orson Spencer Hall Redevelopment Project

The University of Utah and the Okland Construction team recently announced Archer Mechanical as the awarded Contractor for the new Orson Spencer Hall redevelopment project. The new building consists of approximately 220,000 sqft of space on 5 levels. Conditioned by a Water Cooled VRF system, this project is the first of its kind on the University Campus.
