Archer 2025: A Year of Building the Community
As 2025 comes to a close, we’re taking a moment to look back. It was a year defined by landmark projects, a commitment to safety, and a team that knows how to work hard and play hard.
From the skyline of Salt Lake City to the university campuses shaping our future, Archer was there. Here is our 2025 highlight reel.
This year, our team tackled some of the most significant projects in the region. We completed major developments, including the Astra Tower, the Asher Adams Hotel, and the University of Utah Impact and Prosperity Center.
But we aren't slowing down. Whether it's healthcare, data centers, or hospitality, we are proud to power the spaces where Utah works and lives.
Safety is the foundation of everything we do. We are incredibly proud to have maintained a stellar safety record across all four quarters.
A significant highlight of the year was receiving the AGC Gold Safety Award. This recognition belongs to every single team member who steps onto a job site with focus and professionalism.
We believe that a strong team is built beyond the job site. 2025 was full of great memories, including:
- Cheering on the Bees at the ballpark.
- Getting competitive on the Pickleball courts.
- Summer thrills at Lagoon and our annual Employee Appreciation BBQ.
- Supporting our community through events like the Women in Construction initiatives and the Rocky Mountain Golden Gloves.
