Our 30,000 SqFt fabrication facility houses state-of-the-art equipment and technology, fully automated band saws with auto-feed, conveyors, forklifts, cranes, welding stations, soldering stations, pipe machines, and grooving equipment. Manufacturing a comprehensive range of high-quality piping systems,
from fixture banks to 60” diameter pipe. All are designed to fit accurately for an efficient installation.

Archer provides color-coded drawings for sequenced installation and schedules in-time product deliveries to meet all construction milestones.

We utilize the Trimble Field Link layout system to locate risers, sleeves, and inserts for plumbing piping and ductwork. This system uses GPS, lasers, optical and inertial technologies, wireless communications, and application-specific software to locate these items.
